Checked luggage and east coasti

We have been in NC and VA for last 10 days. Williamsburg and Outer banks.

We flew delta to Norfolk via JFK. we checked our luggage and paid $15 each for our two bags. Plane from JFK was small one 40 pass maybe. Before we left they brought a half dozen bags in the cabin area saying the cargo space full.

When we got to Norfolk my bag was not there. They had taken it off along with 8 or 10 other checked bags. At least my wife%26#39;s bag was there. Basically they had to make room for the carry-on non-paying customers. Lucky for them we were staying in Virginia beach rather than Outer banks as plnnesd at first. but even then they delivered it at 3AM.

Fortunately that bad start did not stop us from enjoying Outer Banks and Williamsburg.
