Can anyone tell me the average temperature for mid July in Seaside/Cannon Beach area?

Usually high 70s, prepare for precipitation though it always comes at some time on the 4th of July for sure, one of those weird things.

Always dress in layers, for weather from high 60s-mid 80s and You would be safe.

We spend several weeks in the summer at our beach cottage in Seaside, I always pack some sweaters and sweatshirts along with shorts, swimsuits, etc. for nice beach weather. I hope you enjoy the coast! :)

we are coming on July 11th and staying in a rented cabin near the beach.

So the weather is warm right? Warm enough to sit on the back deck or the beach in the sun and/or BBQ?

Weather.com shows the average high temps in Seaside during July at around 70. And there%26#39;s usually wind. So yes, it%26#39;s warm enough for a barbecue and sitting outside, but you%26#39;ll probably still want something with sleeves. Do you have a light water-resistant wind shell? Bring it! ;-)

Always plan to dress in layers. There is a *big* difference between being inland a half-mile or so . . . and being directly on the beach! The beach may be 8潞-10潞 cooler.

There will be wind and the wind may be somewhat chilly. It probably won%26#39;t rain, but you never know ;-)
