Yes, we are headed back to LC for another quick 3 day weekend to visit MIL to celebrate her 91st Birthday. Each year I wonder if we%26#39;ll be back. Nothing excited planned, we%26#39;ve done the local excursions with her. I%26#39;d love to venture further, but an hour is her limit in the car. She is looking forward to going to the Indian Casino with her quarters, however!
Anything new with the highways or road construction from Portland airport? Looks like we%26#39;ll get some sunshine this weekend. Good timing.

Not sure which way you go to Lincoln City, but other than the normal Dundee mess, nothing I can think of to cause you trouble. There is construction on Hwy 18 around Valley Junction, but should not slow the traffic any as it%26#39;s all on the side now.

Have you gone north from LC yet? The southern section of Three Capes Scenic Loop is within an hour%26#39;s drive, and it should be great weather for sitting outside Pelican Pub, watching the activity on the beach and the huge dune. At least it%26#39;s a change of scenery!
