Oregon Parks %26amp; Rec Dept. has posted a new Oregon Coast trail hiking guide online. The guide includes 10 maps that cover the 382-mile Coast Trail, which runs from Fort Stevens State Park near Warrenton to Pistol River State Scenic Viewpoint near Brookings.

Each map provides turn-by-turn directions, detailed maps for tricky areas and alternative routes. Most of the route is on the beach, although some segments wind through parks or public lands. Some segments are on the shoulders of Hwy 101, roads or streets.
