Radio cab and Oregon Towncar are very reliable for timely and friendly tranportation in Portland.
I go to Portland more than a few times a year. I take taxis in and around Portland. It took me a while to find a decent company. The limos or lincoln town cars that the hotels offer are NOT as inexpensive as a taxi. The drivers are often rude and wear old fashioned Italian suits. Too stuffy for me!
Radio cab is a very reliable taxi company. The drivers are friendly, english speaking and timely.
Oregon towncar is more expensive yet more roomy(lincoln town car) and good for trips to the coast or the wine country with a few people. The drivers are pleasant.
