Vacation rentals in July

Looking for information on the various vacation rental companies in Cannon beach and to see if any are recommended or not recommended. Looking for a reputable rental company.

Also, wondering how busy Cannon Beach is during July on week days. Have visited in June and end of August but never in July.

completely second the recommendation for VRBO.com. Most of the vacation rental companies in town require longer stays (anywhere from four days to two weeks in the summer), and often charge more and include more fees than VRBO (since VRBO stands for ';Vacation Rentals by Owner). We used several of the listings on VRBO.com for our wedding two years ago, and had absolutely ZERO complaints. I%26#39;d have to look it up, but one property we booked for friends was less than a half block from the beach, slept something like six comfortable in one or two bedrooms and a detached sleeping loft, and cost something like $125/night in the middle of August - unheard of!

Cannon Beach is always busy in summer, worse on weekends of course. It will be absolutely slammed for July 4th.

Do you remember any of the specific VRBO property number listings that might help the OP, downtownjulie?

Half my family rented out the Turks Lodgings property (three rentals - the big house sleeps up to six comfortably, the smaller house sleeps four, and the studio apartment sleeps two). We got a deal on VRBO for renting all three, and for renting them through VRBO.
